At Nicoletta Modern Italian Kitchen we offer not only excellent cuisine but also several products of our own elaboration like wine labels, olive oils, vinaigrettes as well as our homemade limoncello.

Let us talk to you about our four labels of wine:

• Ojo del Amo: with a Malbec and Blend version (Tempranillo, Syrah, and Merlot), this wine is produced in vineyards in Zacatecas. Its Malbec version is ruby red, fruity, balanced, and aromatic with great persistence on the palate. Its Blend version is made from three different grapes: 50% Tempranillo, 25% Syrah, and 25% Merlot. With the necessary attention and care, it acquires a unique essence that is reflected in every nuance and note.
  
• Buen Entendedor: harvested in Zacatecas is a Sauvignon Blanc that highlights the aromas and flavors of green fruits with herbaceous and floral notes. It also presents a blended version with Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Merlot grapes. The various kinds of wood of French and American oak, as well as the slow aging, highlight interesting aromas in the yield.
  
• Trato Hecho: from Tunal Valley in Parras Coahuila, in a semi-desert ecosystem of warm days and cold nights, surrounded by mountains and producing two varieties: Zinfandel and Shiraz. Both versions come from slow-ripening grapes, which exalts their aromatic concentration produced at 2,100 meters above sea level.
  
• Árbol Torcido: this wine comes from Ensenada, Baja California and you can find the Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon versions. The red wine offers intense purple-red color, with a bouquet of black red fruits, spicy aromas, mint, plum, and currant. While the white wine has an intense floral and fruity aroma with notes of peach, pineapple, and grapefruit.

In addition to the wines which can be found exclusively in restaurants of the Anderson’s Group, Nicoletta offers a series of original products such as the house vinegars and oils, these stand out for their balanced flavor as well as their disruptive combinations of flavors, for example, the balsamic vinegar with chocolate, balsamic with raspberry and our oils with fine Tuscan herbs, each of them are part of the line of three presentations of oils and four of vinegars that are presented in Nicoletta.

Another detail you can’t miss during your visit is the homemade Limoncello, which is a traditional Italian liqueur. Our version is made with eureka lemon and basil macerated with sugar, water, and neutral alcohol. We are sure that this fresh, sweet, and herbal drink will make you feel like you are visiting Italy.
