This year, Grupo Anderson’s pays tribute again to the “diamond of the kitchen” and celebrates the 10th White Truffle Festival, a culinary event that no one should miss at Nicoletta, available from November 1st until December 31st.
The white truffle is characterized by a strong aroma and delicate flavor. Its pale ochre color, its reddish brown interior, and its high price is due to its difficult cultivation, which makes it a true gastronomic gem.
To know the origin of such an exclusive ingredient, we must go back to the beginning of civilizations. Currently this delicacy grows exclusively in Italy and in some neighboring countries, but the highest quality product comes from the Piedmont region, which is considered the cradle of the White Truffle.
During this season, at Nicoletta, we have created a special menu to delight yourself with the best flavors of the white truffle.
