In this Pride month, I am pleased to spoil you with something very special. To celebrate diversity and love I have prepared the Pride Specials, a dessert and two exclusive drinks in collaboration with Puerto de Indias and Mezcal Ojo de Tigre that will be available from June 1st to June 30th.
Special Flavors
Let me introduce Be Proud, a dessert that combines textures and flavors in every bite. The crunchy semi-sweet chocolate layer encloses a smooth white chocolate and whiskey cream, while the strawberry and blackberry compote adds a touch of freshness and acidity. All this is supported by a cinnamon sponge cake base, topped with a flag decoration made with white chocolate cream, symbolizing pride and diversity.
This dessert is not only a delight for the palate, but also a visual tribute to the celebration of love and the constant struggle for the rights of the community because the colors not only represent diversity but also became a symbol that belongs to sexuality and human rights.
Cocktails
The first of my special drinks is Pinky, created in collaboration with Mezcal Ojo de Tigre. Refreshing and vibrant it is perfect for any celebration. The mezcal brings a smoky and complex touch, which is balanced by the natural sweetness of guava and agave honey. The lime juice adds a refreshing acidity, creating a flavorful balance. Pinky is a drink that not only refreshes, but also celebrates the richness of our culture and diversity of flavors.
The second special drink is Fruity, created in collaboration with Gin Puerto de Indias. Light and fruity, it is ideal to enjoy at any time of the day. Gin and white wine combine to offer an elegant base, while lemon juice and natural syrup add freshness and sweetness. The fruit mix adds a colorful and refreshing touch, making Fruity a delicious and festive option to celebrate Pride month.
