Sharing mixology tips is one of my passions, especially when it comes to pairing my delicate drinks with my delicious dishes. Each drink stands out both for the quality of its ingredients and its ability to complement and enhance the flavors of Italian cuisine. Here are some of our signature drinks along with pairing suggestions to make your dining experience complete and memorable.

The Enchanment of my Mixology

To start I would always recommend a Carina cocktail as it is one of my favorites, it is made with Mezcal Union®, red velvet mix of strawberry and chocolate liqueur, vermouth rosso, clarified butter, cranberry juice and strawberry puree, it pairs perfectly with a creamy Risotto Milanese e Gamberi. The creaminess of the risotto and the smoky touch of the shrimp balance beautifully with the smoky notes of the mezcal and the sweetness of the red velvet mix. Another excellent option to enjoy with Carina is the Traditional Lasagna. The richness of the lasagna with its bolognese and bechamel sauce is wonderfully complemented by the complexity of the Carina cocktail.

A must-try is a Fiorella cocktail, which with Grappa, elderflower liqueur, lemongrass cordial, white wine and a fruit mix, becomes the ideal companion to an Ossobuco Milanese. The robust and comforting flavors of the ossobuco find a perfect balance with the fresh and fruity notes. In addition, the Cavatelli al Pesto is elevated by the floral and fruity delicacy of the Fiorella cocktail, creating a fresh and harmonious combination.

For those who prefer a cocktail with an herbaceous and citrus touch, the Marena is the ideal choice, as it is made with Tanqueray® Gin, limoncello, cucumber juice, natural syrup and basil, making it perfect to accompany a Finocchio; it is a fresh salad of fennel and orange that is elevated by the citrus and herbaceous notes of the Marena. It is also a perfect match for the Prosciutto Pizza, where the freshness of the cucumber and the touch of basil in this drink enhance the flavors of the prosciutto and arugula.

One of the drinks in which I find a visual and flavor appeal is Venus, because it is inspired by the goddess of love, prepared with Smirnoff®, dry vermouth, pistachio and cardamom orgeat, yellow lemon juice and mint, adds a special touch to our Risotto Milanese e Gamberi. The notes of pistachio and cardamom enhance the flavors of the risotto and shrimp, creating a unique and delicious combination.

Finally, the Paola cocktail, created with J.W. Black Label®, coconut water syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and espresso coffee, is ideal to accompany more complex dishes such as Fettuccine Frutti Di Mare; the complexity of the whiskey combined with the exotic flavors of the coconut syrup and coffee complements the deep flavor of this dish, finding a perfect balance with the coffee and coconut notes of the Paola cocktail.
